Silisec® Face Mount Prints to Acrylic

Silisec® is a process used for face mounting photographs on acrylic glass.
Because the print is ”glued” to the acrylic glass, the result is a completely flat mount of the image. The whole process is dedicated to mounting the print without air bubbles or smears.
For the reverse, we advise 3 mm Dibond® or anodised aluminium.
All Silisec® prints are equipped with an aluminium back-frame that allows the work to be hanged. The frame is hidden and it leaves the picture floating from the wall.

ALUMINIUM HANGING RAILS
Aluminium rails are typically attached to the back of frameless mounts. The rails provide additional support to the artwork and enable wall mounting without drilling holes into the artwork itself.
The aluminium profile is available in depths of 9 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm. (Other depths available by special order.)
For smaller pieces, it is sufficient to place the rails only at the top and bottom.
A 9 mm J-rail is available separately as a wall-mounted counterpart.
The most common method is to drill two screws into the wall, on which the artwork rests.
The rails weigh approximately 300 g/m.

All prices include a 25.5% VAT.
We create prints in the size you want. The price lists only show the most common standard sizes.
In pricing, the image size is rounded up to the next full ten centimeters. For example, 23x23cm = 30x30cm.
